W. Soccer Game Recap

Pioneers end regular season with easy win at Fisher (Mass.), 10-0

BOSTON -- Point Park University ended its women's soccer regular season with a 10-0 victory at Fisher (Mass.) College on Saturday.

The Pioneers (9-7-1, 4-1-1 KIAC) scored five goals in each half to rout the Falcons (1-11). Alyson Joyce, Kristina Stammer and Leeza Tokarski scored two goals apiece to lead the scoring.

Point Park's next game will be in the KIAC Tournament, which starts Nov. 3. The KIAC official bracket will be released by the league office this coming week. Point Park has locked up the No. 2 seed in the six-team, single-elimination tournament. After a bye, the Pioneers first postseason game will be at home Nov. 6 vs. TBA.
