Catering
Internal events with catering are provided by ARAMARK. You can choose and customize what food services you would like through our online catering management system.
Parking
Our offices can help arrange special parking for your guests. Contact us if you would like to provide any of your guests with parking close to the University.
Printing Services
We can also assist you in printing materials to market your event. Invitations, Signage, Banners, Posters, Copies, Flyers, etc.
Public Safety
A Public Safety Officer can be assigned to your event based on the number of people expected to attend, whether alcohol is to be served, and whether the activity may reasonably present a safety or security concern.
Transportation
Let us know of any transportation needs you may require. Whether it is picking up a guest speaker at the airport, or shuttle service to and from campus, we can accommodate it!
