Work Orders
This is a new work order system designed to streamline requests and responses. Please use the same passwords you have used for the previous work order system.

Definitions of Work Order Classifications:
Routine: this work will be reviewed and if possible completed within 4 business days.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Lights out
- Dripping faucet
- Minor repairs to living space
- Hanging anything on walls
Urgent: this work will be reviewed and if possible completed within 2 business days
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- More than one light out
- Leaks around toilet or tub
- Windows not working properly
Emergency: this work will be reviewed and if possible completed within 1 hour.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Fires
- Burning smells
- No power
- No water
- No heat
- Locks or door trouble
- Floods
