The University would appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all sales appointments with other University departments are made in conjunction with Procurement and Business Services. To that end, Procurement & Business Services should be your initial point of contact. Procurement and Business Services is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments with staff must be made in advance by contacting either John Krajnak (412-392-3995) or Brandy Loechner (412-392-8197).
We ask that you are respectful of our faculty and staff's time; therefore, please do not enter a University department without first making an appointment with Procurement & Business Services and, subsequently, the applicable department. Any vendor who enters a University department without an appointment may be asked to leave campus by the department or Campus Security.
