The Office of the Registrar is the official source for all student academic records. We are also responsible for the oversight of all registration of University students.
Other functions handled by the Registrar's Office include the monitoring of the end-of-term grading process, processing of grade changes, publication of semester course offerings and final examination schedules, classroom scheduling, enrollment and degree verification, transcript processing, veterans services, and fulfilling many types of requests for student information.
The Office of the Registrar is located on the 9th Floor of Thayer Hall. The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and every first and third Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
