Grade Information

Grade deadlines are established in the administrative calendar. 

The following deadlines are for the summer 2014 terms:

  • Summer Session I & Evening and Saturday Accelerated Quarter I - July 1, 2014 by 4:30 p.m.
  • Summer 12-Week and Summer Session II - August 8, 2014 by 4:30 p.m.
  • Evening and Saturday Accelerated Quarter II - August 21, 2014 p.m. by 4:30 p.m.

All grades will be accessed on Point Web.

You will need a student ID number from the Student Service Center.  Click the link "Give me my password" from the above link.  Follow the instructions to receive a password.  You will be able to access your grades with your ID number and password.

Questions Concerning Grades

If a student has a question concerning grades, the faculty member should be contacted.  If the student feels an error in processing has occurred or a blank grade is on the grade report, please contact the faculty member. 

A grade change form may need to be completed and sent for processing to the Office of the University Registrar. Grade changes take 24 hours for processing.  The student will be mailed notification that a change has occurred. 

Please check this website periodically at the end of a semester for updated grade information.  Information will be posted as to when the grades may be viewed online.
