The Center for Information Technology Services promotes, implements and supports the use of technology to enhance the University's business processes and achieve its educational goals. To support this mission, ITS provides the following services:

Each full-time faculty member and most staff have a computer, e-mail account, network storage space, access to a printer and the Internet. Resident students have high-speed Internet access in their dorm rooms. All Point Park e-mail accounts can be accessed through the Internet.
ITS staff members are available to support students, faculty, and staff in the use of hardware and peripherals, productivity tools, application software, and online learning tools. Lab assistants and media assistants, comprised primarily of student technicians, are available to support their fellow students in the operation of such University-owned computer and multimedia resources.
