The URL of Point Park University’s Blackboard site is at http://bb.pointpark.edu. Both students and faculty need a username and password to login to the site.
Prior to the start of every semester, The Center for Information Technology Services populates the Blackboard database with the names of students registered for that semester. Additional student names will be added to the Blackboard database periodically throughout the add/drop period to reflect changes in registration status.
For student problems with logging in to the Blackboard system, contact helpdesk@pointpark.edu
call x3494, or visit the University lab assistants in Room 406 AH.

Note about changing passwords
Currently, the Point Park network and email system is a separate computer system from Blackboard. Changes in one are not automatically made in the other system.
Specifically, after the initial login to the network or email system at Point Park, students can reset their password. This does not change your password for Blackboard. Not until you login to Blackboard once with the username and password you are issued, will you be able to change your password in Blackboard to match what you are using in the school network and email system.
