Background
Point Park Junior College offered two-year degrees in Business and Accounting beginning in 1960. The Bachelor’s degree programs in these majors were established in 1966 as Point Park became a four-year, baccalaureate degree granting college. At present, the School of Business at Point Park University offers two Master’s degree programs, 12 Bachelor’s degree programs and five Associate degrees.
With a recent move to the West Penn Building, the School of Business is serving the student population and University with a Student Success Center and central location for Faculty and Staff. The Student Success Center is dedicated to providing a central area for School of Business students for registration, internships, tutoring, mentoring and support services. It exists to serve the individual needs of students as they work toward successful degree completion.
