Scholarships for Incoming and Current Students:
R.P. Simmons Scholarship
Criteria: 1. Full or part-time Arts and Sciences student
2. Resides in western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, or northern West Virginia
3. Demonstrates financial need (Learn more about financial need).
4. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
W.R. Hearst Scholarship
Criteria: 1. Arts and Sciences student
2. Intends to reside permanently in the U.S. after graduation
3. Demonstrates financial need (Learn more about financial need).
Scholarships for Current Students:
Anthony J. Dyda, Sr. Memorial Scholarship
Criteria: 1. Junior or senior psychology major
2. GPA of 3.0 or better
3. Major GPA of 3.5 or better in psychology
4. Resident of Allegheny County
Vernon Schnare Scholarship
Criteria: 1. Sophomore or junior secondary education major with a concentration in citizenship OR
2. Sophomore or junior secondary education major with a concentration in secondary education
3. Must be doing student teaching
4. Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
