You have completed your degree, passed the remaining Praxis exams and are ready to send the paperwork to PDE for certification! The link below will take you to a website where you can download teacher certification forms.
Teacher Certification Paperwork - 38C, 338G, 338V
Once the forms have been completed (including a doctor's signature), obtain a money order for $100 made payable to the "Commonwealth of PA" and schedule an appointment with Ja Nel Orwig (412-392-3975) in the education department. The education department will process your application and send it to the state.
