Explore What it is to be Human.
You could be a historian, a writer or a psychologist. If you're looking for answers to the human condition, this is the place to bring your curiosity and questions. The Department of Humanities and Human Sciences offers programs that appeal to students who like to question, probe and challenge.
You welcome vigorous exploration and are not one to shy away from big questions and complicated issues. You fully appreciate how complex people are, and so you are drawn to the study of human behavior. This is your chance to explore. This is your chance to go deeper.
All humanities and human sciences students have the opportunity to present their original research and work at the annual Humanities and Human Sciences Symposium, our undergraduate research capstone event.
