Statement of Accreditation

The programs leading to the Bachelor of Science degree with majors in civil, electrical and mechanical engineering technology are accredited by the:

Engineering Technology Accreditation Commission of ABET
(www.abet.org)

ABET-accredited programs have demonstrated their excellence during rigorous, objective, periodic reviews conducted by external evaluators. The laws related to the professional practice of engineering in most states give preference to graduates of ABET-accredited programs because the quality of their education is known. Students who are considering the study of engineering technology are encouraged to inquire whether prospective programs maintain ABET accreditation.
