Counselor Information

Our general office hours are:

  • Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays: We are open the first and third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Please refer to the University Holiday Schedule for a list of days the university is closed.

The University will be closed on these dates in recognition of the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day: Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011
  • Day after Thanksgiving : Friday, Nov. 25, 2011
  • Christmas Eve (half day): Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 (half day)
  • Christmas Break including New Years Day: Dec. 24, 2011 Through Monday, Jan. 2, 2012 (Offices will re-open Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2012)
  • Memorial Day 2012: Monday, May 28, 2012
  • Independence Day 2012: Wednesday, July 4, 2012
