Lindsay Dill is the latest Point Park University Featured Student-Athlete. Dill is a fifth-year senior from Erie, Pa., and McDowell High School.
Dill capped off her standout career in style with a qualification to the NAIA Cross Country National Championship Meet in Vancouver, Wash., on Nov. 17, 2012. She qualified by placing third overall and earning all-conference honors at the KIAC Meet Nov. 3 in Richmond, Ind.
Dill posted a time of 20:37 at the national meet to finish 235th of 320 runners. Her season-best time of 20:02 (5K) came at the KIAC Meet. Dill competed for the Pioneers for a total of five years, although she spent the 2011 sitting out with an injury.
