Lindsey Oberacker is the Point Park University Featured Student-Athlete for the Week of Sept. 24, 2012. Oberacker is team captain and a senior from Erie, Pa.
Oberacker is in her fourth year as a starting outside hitter for the Pioneers. She once again is the leader on offense for the Pioneers as she has a team-high 168 kills (2.85/set). A talented all-around player who plays all six rotations, she is second on the team with 159 digs.For her career, Oberacker has 1,627 kills and 877 digs.
She is a three-time all-conference, two-time all-region and also a 2011 NAIA Honorable Mention All-American player. She's also a Capital One (R) Academic All-American First Team awardee from 2011.
