Grunn paces Point Park men's cross country at St. Vincent, Pioneers 8th of 12

LATROBE, Pa. -- Dylan Grunn continued his very strong senior season as he placed fifth individually at the St. Vincent Invitational on Saturday. Grunn's time of 26 minutes, 53 seconds in the 8K race led the Point Park men's cross country team to eighth place of 12 teams.

Grunn turned in his third top-five finish in three races thus far this year. But he was the only Point Park runner to finish under 30 minutes as the team totaled 206 points.

Jon Rohlf, a junior from Brownsville, Pa., was the next Point Park finisher in 48th place with a time of 30 minutes even. Zane Kravec, a freshman from North Huntingdon, Pa., finished 57th at 30:26.

Sophomore Conor Mulvaney, from Moon Twp., Pa., and freshman Eric Engel, from St. Louis, Mo., ran right beside each other at 30:42 (64th place) and 30:45 (65th place) to complete the Pioneers' scoring.
