Ferree battled injuries for the second straight year and competed in only four races this season. As one of the top runners on the team, he is the most experience of the Pioneers' runners.
Nominated by each institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and have achieved junior academic status to qualify for scholar-athlete status.
