Point Park men finish 5th of 11 teams at Saint Vincent Invitational

LATROBE -- Point Park University was 5th of 11 teams Saturday at the men's cross country race of the Saint Vincent Invitational.
Andrew Rowland was the top performer for Point Park as his time of 27 minutes, 49 seconds put him in 13th place individually. Rowland was 1:05 off the pace of the winner Aaron Dinzeo of California (Pa.).
Dylan Grunn came in 26th place at 28:50, and Connor Mulvaney was 39th at 29:52. Reuben Rono and Jon Rohlf finished close together at 31:45 and 31:59, good for 54th and 55th, respectively. In all, there were 96 runners in the field.
Also competing for Point Park were Chris Kennedy (32:07), Ian McIntosh (32:48), Luke Shannon (33:25), Adam Freeman (35:15) and Joe DeWitt (36:13).
