Mulvaney, Kravec named Daktronics-NAIA Men's Cross Country Scholar-Athletes

PITTSBURGH -- Point Park University juniors Connor Mulvaney and Zane Kravec have been named Daktronics-NAIA Men's Cross Country Scholar-Athletes for the 2013 season.
Mulvaney, from Coraopolis, Pa., and Kravec, from North Huntingdon, Pa., were among the 223 NAIA men's cross country runners nationwide to get the honor, which goes to juniors and seniors with a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.
The Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes were announced at the the NAIA national championship meet in Lawrence, Kan., at which Mulvaney was an individual qualifier as an all-conference performer.
Mulvaney is a junior with a 3.76 GPA in photojournalism. Kravec is a junior with a 3.65 GPA in cinema production.
