ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Point Park University men's basketball team hits the road for a weekend tournament for the second week in a row. This time, the Pioneers (1-1) visit the Siena Heights Tournament, where they will face an NAIA field. Unlike last week at the Daemen Tournament, in which Point Park faced a pair of pre-determined Canadian schools, this week's event follows a tournament format.
The Pioneers open with second-year program Lourdes (2-2) Friday at 5:30 p.m. The other first round game pits host Siena Heights (1-1) vs. Marygrove (1-0). The championship game is Saturday at 4 p.m. and the consolation is at 2 p.m.
Fans can listen to the play by play action on live internet radio for both games. The student radio station WPPJ 670-AM will have the call, and the games will be simulcast on the MSA Sports Network. Tune in for the pre-game show 15 minutes prior to tip off.
