Point Park's Lindsay Dill & Leah Bubeck named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

PITTSBURGH -- Point Park University women's cross country runners Lindsay Dill and Leah Bubeck were named 2011 Daktronics-NAIA Women's Cross Country Scholar-Athletes as announced by the NAIA at the national championships last weekend. Dill, a senior from Erie, Pa., and Bubeck, a senior from Moon Twp., Pa., earned the award for the second time in their careers.
To qualify for the Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete award, student-athletes must be a junior or senior with at least a 3.5 GPA, and they cannot be in their first year at a school. Dill has a 3.65 GPA in journalism/photojournalism. Bubeck boasts a 3.84 GPA in cinema & digital arts.
