Point Park places 7th at Pitt-Greensburg Invitational

GREENSBURG, Pa. - The Point Park University women's cross country team placed seventh at the Bobcat Invitational hosted by Pitt-Greensburg Saturday.


Lindsay Dill (Erie/McDowell) placed 16th individually to lead the Point Park women to a 7th-place finish out of 11 teams. The sophomore from Erie posted a time of 26 minutes, 49 seconds.

Other top finishers for the Point Park women were Carina Jollie (Pittsburgh/Oakland Catholic), who had a time of 28:20, and Sarah Austin (Sweet Valley/Lake Lehman), who finished in 30:00. Jollie was 28th and Austin was 43rd.

Rounding out the women's team were Leah Bubeck (30:57), Leticia Henry (32:38), Crystal Woods (39:39) and Tiffany Lehman (40:28).

Point Park travels to the Carnegie Mellon Invitational Saturday, and the first race is at 10:30 a.m.
