Lamens earns honorable mention all-region honors

PITTSBURGH -- Point Park University senior middle hitter Megan Lamens received honorable mention honors for the 2009 AVCA NAIA All-Northeast Region team over the weekend. The senior captain was also an All-AMC first team selection this past year.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Point Point Park volleyball players Rachel Roddy and Angela Nelson were named 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athletes Friday. Roddy and Nelson, who are both juniors, are among the 304 student-atheles to receive that honor.
