PEPPER PIKE, Ohio -- The Point Park University women's soccer team had its road struggles continue Tuesday (Oct. 1) with a 5-0 loss at non-conference Ursuline (Ohio).
The Pioneers (4-7, 2-0 KIAC) have a positive record of 4-2 at home at Highmark Stadium, but they're stuck in an 0-5 slump on the road.
Ursuline, an NCAA Division II school that was in the NAIA American Mideast Conference with Point Park a few years ago, improved to 6-4 with the win.
Ursuline held a slim lead of 1-0 at the half but put in four goals the final 45 minutes to make it a wide final margin. The Arrows controlled the game with a 29-2 advantage in shots.
Point Park's next game is home to Seton Hill on Saturday at 2 p.m. Admission is free at Highmark Stadium.
