Demonstrated ability to engage in research and publication is highly desirable.  The ability to work in a collegial setting with fellow faculty and doctoral students is a must.  Prior dissertation committee service is also highly desirable.  Working knowledge of major leadership frameworks and the connection among theory, practice and community is a must.  Established successful relationships in the community are preferable or the demonstrated capability to establish professional and community networks in support of the program. A record of demonstrated high level leadership is also highly desirable.

Duties:  The successful candidate will provide evidence of excellence in teaching, ongoing scholarship, and professional development.  We also welcome candidates who have related industry or community leadership experience.  Primary emphasis will be on leadership development. Responsibilities will include teaching, advising, dissertation service, program assessment, and fostering an exciting and productive network in the profession and the community at large that will continue to make this program “top of mind” regionally and respected nationally.
