Full-time, Tenure-track position in Composition and Rhetoric, Humanities and Human Sciences Department:
The work will begin in fall semester 2012 and will entail teaching first-year composition classes, primarily, as well as helping to direct the first-year writing program. Teaching load will be 4-4. This program serves the entire university, but resides in the Humanities and Human Sciences Department.
Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
A Ph.D. in composition/rhetoric is required for this appointment. The best candidate will also have a record of successful teaching at the undergraduate level, and a track record of publication.
