ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF PSYCHOLOGY
Point Park University’s Department of Psychology seeks an Assistant Professor of Psychology with expertise in clinical psychology. This tenure-track position will begin in August 2017. The successful candidate will teach PsyD, MA, and/or undergraduate courses, supervise graduate students, and serve as Director of Clinical Training for the M.A. in Clinical Community Psychology. Qualified candidates should have a doctorate (PsyD acceptable) from an APA-approved doctoral program, and be licensed, or license-eligible (i.e., completed required post-doctoral experience), as a psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. Preferred candidates will also have specific professional interest in issues related to humanistic psychology, social justice, feminism, diversity, critical race theory, and/or queer theory.
