Assistant/Associate Professor of Management Science and Director of Graduate Programs - School of Business
Point Park University’s School of Business is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure track assistant/associate professor position in Management Science and Director of Graduate Programs. This is a full-time tenure track position. The successful candidate should have a doctoral degree in Management Sciences or related field with significant experience in Operations Management, Management Science Methods and Management Decision Theories. Pertinent teaching and/or professional experience is highly desirable. Moreover, the use of statistical software and instructional use of technology will be necessary. Demonstrated capability to establish professional and community networks in support of the programs is important.
The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses. As a faculty member, the candidate will be involved with other teaching and service duties as assigned. As the Director of Graduate Programs, the candidate will provide leadership for program development and growth of current and future graduate programs to include recruitment, advising, program development and assessment, and fostering productive and collaborative relationships. Candidates with experience in cooperative education and other experiential learning programs at the graduate level are desired.
