Instructor – Business
Responsibilities include teaching courses at the undergraduate level. Teaching assignments are normally fifteen credits for each of the fall and spring semesters and will include courses in introductory through advanced marketing, Principles of Management, and Organizational Behavior. The Instructor may assist with special projects (recruiting, enrichment programs, program reviews) as necessary.
Qualified candidates will possess an M.B.A.; however, a D.B.A. or Ph.D., is highly preferred. ABD candidates are welcomed to apply. The following strengths will be viewed favorably: teaching experience at the undergraduate level and related professional experience. Previous experience teaching in a liberal arts environment and a flexible attitude toward teaching assignments are strong pluses.
Candidates must be committed to teaching excellence. Excellent communication skills are required and candidates must be able to fully engage with students and other stakeholders. Anticipated start date is fall 2015 and dependent upon final budgetary approval.
