Graduate Assistant - Clinical-Community Psychology

Position: Graduate Assistantship in Clinical-Community Psychology

Department: Humanities and Human Sciences

Term of appointment: Beginning with the 2013-14 academic year, assignment is renewable for additional term(s) based on need and performance.  Twenty (20) hours per week, during academic year (September 2013– April 2014).

Salary: $6,400 annual stipend ($3,200 per semester) plus fully paid tuition and fees.

Requirements: Undergraduate degree and currently enrolled in the M.A. program in Clinical-Community Psychology program and committed to enroll in a minimum of nine (9) credits per semester.  Required to work twenty (20) hours per week.

Primary Duties: Assistance with assessment of the undergraduate psychology program, grading of undergraduate course work and/or assistance with faculty research (e.g., data collection, transcription, data entry). We are seeking students with demonstrated excellence in leadership, academics, interpersonal skills, and organization. Preference will be given to students with an undergraduate degree in psychology.
