Gregory Rogers, J.D., professor and chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and Intelligence Studies and Michael Finnegan, J.D., assistant professor of criminal justice, were quoted in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review article "Foiled plots counted as major victories of terror war" which discusses how some of the biggest successes in the War on Terror are often not heard about.
