Why did you choose Point Park for your bachelor's and master's degrees?

I chose to attend Point Park for my bachelor's and master's degrees because of the fabulous reputation of both programs. Point Park was the easy choice for my M.A. in terms of cost, convenience and flexibility of night classes.

How have you incorporated the skills you learned at Point Park into your career?

I have incorporated the practical knowledge of social media tools while building and maintaining an online community for Sandler Training by Peak Performance Management. My degree has armed me with a conceptual and technical understanding of the power and philosophy of social media as well as a mastery of the preparation of information for newspapers, blogs, magazines, newsletters and planning publicity campaigns.

What do you think makes Point Park's M.A. program unique?

Point Park's M.A. program is so unique because it recognizes that the landscape of media is ever-changing and the program evolves with the changes.

What advice do you have for prospective students entering the M.A. program at Point Park?

My advice for prospective students would be to keep the commitment of further education you made to yourself. When you complete your degree, it will be the greatest reward you ever receive.

What are your career goals?

My success with Sandler Training has recently afforded me the opportunity to coach other business owners in a variety of industries how not to only market their business, but grow their bottom line using social media. My goal is to continue to consult with other business owners in order to bring out the best in their digital and interactive marketing endeavors.
