Peer Tutor Employment/PAS

 

PEER TUTOR EMPLOYMENT   •   PROGRAM FOR ACADEMIC SUCCESS

 

Peer tutors through the Program for Academic Success (PAS) are a valuable part of the department’s effort to provide quality services for Point Park University students.  PAS actively seeks enthusiastic and qualified candidates to become peer tutors.  Tutors are paid through General Work funds.

Prospective tutors must meet the following qualifications:

  • Overall GPA of 3.0
  • GPA of 3.0 in the area tutored
  • Obtain a recommendation from a faculty member in the area the applicant wishes to tutor
