Student Center Programs

Classes

Exercise classes are free to Point Park students and Student Center members. All classes, with the exception of the spinning classes and survival combat, are held in the Student Center, room 207B. The spinning classes and self defense classes are held on the fourth floor of the Student Center.

Fitness on Demand

Now open in Room 207B. Come check out the fitness craze.

Registration

There is no pre-registration required. All participants should just show up on the day of the class (first come, first served). All classes listed below are FREE to students and members!

Programmed Classes

Zumba
Tuesday: 5-6 p.m.
Wednesday:  5-6 p.m.
Thursday:  5-6p.m.

Yoga
Monday:  6:30-7:30 p.m.
Wednesday:  6:30-7:30 p.m.

Spinning
Wednesday: 7:45-8:45 p.m.

Crime Prevention/Survival Combat
Monday:  4-6 p.m.

Program classes begin the week of Jan. 26, 2015 and run for 10 weeks(not including spring break week).
