Exercise classes are free to Point Park students and Student Center members. All classes, with the exception of the spinning classes and survival combat, are held in the Student Center second floor multi-purpose room. The spinning classes and self defense classes are held on the fourth floor of the Student Center.

There is no pre-registration required. All participants should just show up on the day of the class (first come, first served). All classes listed below are FREE to students and members!
