In 2008, a staff service initiative called STARS (Striving to Achieve Remarkable Service) was developed and in January 2009 it was implemented to improve the level of service to our students and our University community as a whole. The STARS program supports our guiding principle of a Quality Student Experience and focuses on four service elements:
