Bill Plympton

Point Park University's cinema and digital arts department and the ToonSeum welcome Academy award-nominated animator Bill Plympton to campus on March 15 and 16. During his visit, Plympton will host a screening of his animations and teach a master class in the University Center's GRW Theatre. The public is invited to attend.

Plympton has created more than 20 animated short films, five animated features and his work was nominated for two Academy Awards. His cartoons and illustrations have been published in Vogue, The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair and National Lampoon.

  • Point Park students: free (with valid ID)
  • General admission: $15
