Three Rivers Film Festival Features Point Park Student, Alumni and Faculty Works Wednesday, November 7, 2012
Point Park student, alumni and faculty works are now showing at the 31st annual Three Rivers Film Festival. The festival is a great opportunity to showcase cinema arts talent in a venue that is outside of the University.
This year's festival, hosted by Pittsburgh Filmmakers and Dollar Bank, runs through Nov. 17 and features the following films:
- Pierogies, Andrew Halasz (faculty), post-production sound
- We Are Alive! The Fight to Save Braddock Hospital, John Rice (faculty), cinematographer and Frank Palodino (alumnus), cinematographer
- Vazaha: Second Chapter, Ben Hernstrom (adjunct faculty), director
- Oneironauts
Joe DeWitt (alumnus), editor
Caitlin Magarity (alumna), director
Jared McLaughlin (alumnus), cinematography/co-writer
Emily Perri (current student), sound editor/mixer
Alex Tracy (alumnus), producer/co-writer - Shot at Glory, Joe DeWitt (alumnus), director/cinematographer
