Videos: First-Year Frenzy, Welcome Week, Convocation kick off new academic year Friday, September 21, 2012

Point Park University welcomed more than 1,000 new freshmen and transfer students to campus this fall, with many taking part in First-Year Frenzy activities, Welcome Week, and Convocation, the formal ceremony that opens the new academic year. In addition to the undergraduates, the University also welcomed more than 250 graduate students enrolled in 13 master's degree programs.

Events and outings during First-Year Frenzy, plus a lively and fun Welcome Week schedule, helped the new students meet classmakes, make friends and learn their way around campus and Downtown Pittsburgh, getting the 2012-13 academic year off to a terrific start.
