Requesting an Appointment

  • The visit request form allows you to request an appointment three to five business days from today’s date.  If would like to schedule an appointment sooner, please contact the Office of Admissions at (412) 392-3430 or 1-800-321-0129 outside Pittsburgh.

  • Submit this campus visit request form at least three to five business days prior to your requested visit date.

  • You DO NOT have a confirmed scheduled appointment with the Office of Admissions when you submit this form. 

  • An admissions representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to confirm the availability of your requested date.

  • All visit day, dates and times are subject to availability.

Arriving Without a Scheduled Appointment

While we will always make every effort to accommodate walk-in visits, it is to your benefit that you schedule an appointment before arriving on campus.  Without an appointment you may arrive to find that....

  • An admissions representative is not available to meet with you because he or she has other scheduled appointments.

  • Counselors cannot accept appointments that day due to various on-campus activities, shortage in staff, or professional development training.

  • The office/campus is closed.  Click here for our office hours.

Department meeting requests:

  • Prospective Dance or Theatre students:  Pending approval and availability, a meeting with a Conservatory representative is available on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday only.  Enter your meeting request in Additional Requests.

  • Prospective students for all other majors:  If you would like to meet with a representative from the department that houses your intended major, enter request in Additional Requests.

  • Campus visits with department meeting requests must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
