Student Center Programs

PROGRAMS - SPRING 2014

Exercise classes are free to Point Park students and Student Center members. All classes, with the exception of the spinning classes and survival combat, are held in the Student Center second floor multi-purpose room. The spinning classes and self defense classes are held on the fourth floor of the Student Center.

Classes begin the week of Jan. 26 and will run for 10 weeks (not to include the week of Spring Break, March 2).

REGISTRATION

There is no pre-registration required. All participants should just show up on the day of the class (first come, first served). All classes listed below are FREE to students and members!

YOGA CLASSES

Sunday: 7-8 p.m.
Monday: 7-8 p.m.
Thursday: 7-8 p.m.

STAFF YOGA

Wednesday: noon-1 p.m.
2nd floor, Student Center, Multi-Purpose Room

BUTTS & GUTS CLASSES

Tuesday: 8-9 p.m. and 9-10 p.m.
2nd floor, Student Center, Multi Purpose Room

SPINNING CLASSES

Sunday: 5-6 p.m.
Monday: 5-6 p.m.
4th floor, Student Center, Spinning Room

ZUMBA CLASSES

Monday: 4-5 p.m.
Tuesday: 5-6 p.m.
Wednesday: 6-7 p.m.
Thursday: 5-6 p.m.
2nd floor, Student Center, Multi-Purpose Room

SURVIVAL COMBAT

Monday, 6-8 p.m.
4th floor, Student Center, Racquetball Court
