PointWeb allows students to access to course registration, grades, unofficial transcripts, financial aid information, account balances, and online payment options.

Residence Hall Connectivity

All rooms within Point Park's five residence halls are equipped with one data network port per pillow. The data port allows each resident student to access the Internet from his or her personal computer.

All rooms are also equipped with one cable TV connection. Residents will have access to basic cable, expanded basic cable, and HBO. Premium channels are available, at an additional charge, by contacting Comcast. Any questions about cable TV service should be directed to Comcast by calling 1-800-COMCAST.

Schoology is the University's course management platform, which can be used for assignments, testing, collaboration, grading and online course work.

Student Printing

All current students are allocated 30 credits to use for printing in the computer labs. Visit the student printing page for more detailed information regarding print credits, printing costs and instructions on how to access your print account.

Technology Help Desk

The Technology Help Desk is available in Thayer Hall, Room 220, to assist students with any issues that may arise while using the available technology resources.
