The Point Park University Library offers a variety of reference services to assist students, faculty, and staff in all informational needs. The Library's Reference Desk is located on the first floor of the library. The reference desk is manned every hour the library is open with Reference Staff ready to assist in all manner of research.
The Library reference staff offers individualized research consultations. Research consultations are an excellent opportunity to get individualized help from a reference librarian in finding and using electronic databases, print material, PointCat (the library's online catalog), and other resources. Simply send your question to the Library by clicking on Ask a Question. Please include your name, phone number, e-mail address, and your question.
Library Chat Messaging Service
Chat messaging is a reference service via that can be accessed from the Library's home page. Simply type in your question and a Library staff member will assist you.
