Recruiter Registration form includes the following: exhibit registration, scholarship offering option and advertisement option. Scholarship information will be due Jan. 6, 2027. Refund Policy

The Festival will refund fees, less 10%, only until Feb. 8, 2027. After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (emails are accepted if all school and personnel information is included). The school registration fee of $250 is not refundable.
