The Point Park University Financial Aid Office, per federal aid regulations, establishes student budgets each year as a basis for determining financial aid funding. These budgets are based on direct costs for tuition, fees, food and housing if residing on campus.  They also include estimated indirect (non-billable) costs for the academic year (fall and spring semesters).

The following estimated cost of attendance example is based on the following assumptions:

  • Student is full-time (12-18 credits)
  • Resident- a student residing in a standard dorm room with a 19-meal plan
  • Commuter- a student that resides at home with parents/relatives

For the 2022-2023 academic year, 99 percent of our incoming freshmen received some type of financial aid, with an average assistance package of $30,560.  After reviewing costs, incoming freshman and transfer students can receive a personal estimate of a possible scholarship amount by using our net price calculators.
