PT Faculty - Psychology

The Department of Psychology at Point Park University seeks Part-time Faculty candidates for graduate courses.  Part-time Faculty rates are per the collective bargaining agreement. 

Currently, the Department of Psychology is seeking candidates to teach the following courses in Fall of 2024:   Psych 563/734  Program Development, Evaluation, & Assessment

This course assists students in developing practical skills for the creation and implementation of programs related to community building, health initiatives/services, and non-profit organizations. Students learn to identify basic tools for strategic planning for program development, evaluation and assessment of programs, and assessment of programs to solve common organizational problems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
  • Experience working in clinical and/or community programs
  • Experience teaching related courses at the graduate level
  • Available to teach on-ground Weds, 9:40-12:40, August 28th 2024- December 13th 2024 (hybrid option possible)
