Ciletti's webinar featured the work of the award-winning Point Park University America250PA Student Team and explored the best ways to show students how to assemble pieces of the modern marketing puzzle into a successful campaign.

In her webinar, Ciletti took a classroom-ready look at assembling the key elements of a modern, high-impact integrated marketing campaign from audience analysis, messaging and incentives to channels and integration.

"I was honored to guide participants through integrated marketing campaign development and experiential learning for the Direct Effect® Live Webinar Series. One of the most powerful elements of integrated direct marketing is its ability to seamlessly integrate mail and digital to increase attention, brand recall, response and conversion," Ciletti explained.

"Presenting the webinar provided an opportunity to not only share knowledge of integrated marketing, but also to show the direct effect of experiential learning by highlighting Point Park’s tremendous student talent and showcasing an integrated marketing campaigned developed for the America250PA campaign," she added.

In addition to teaching, Ciletti has worked in marketing and sales in the health care and banking industries. She has organized and moderated several major conferences and has served as an ad hoc journal reviewer and author for a variety of scholarly publications. Ciletti's teaching centers on action learning, including consulting with multinational corporations, experiential service learning, IDEO design thinking and collaboration with community and government leaders.
