Archish Maharaja, CFP, CPA/PFS, Ed.D., professor of business and director of graduate programs in the Rowland School of Business, recently traveled to India to promote Point Park University at the 2019 USA Education Fair hosted by Kasturi Ram College of Higher Education in Narela, Delhi.

Maharaja spoke with approximately 350 students attending the education fair.

"I appreciated the opportunity to discuss Point Park's educational opportunities for international students," Maharaja said.

As a professor and director of the MBA and Master of Science in health care administration and management programs, Maharaja brings to the classroom his diversified professional experience, from working at a Fortune 500 company and several smaller accounting and medical businesses, to forming his own CPA and consulting firm concerned primarily with physician practices.

Maharaja's industry experience includes working as a purchasing manager and accountant, serving as a financial advisor on a corporate and personal level and being employed as a health care administrator and physician practice manager. He currently provides consulting and management services to individual and multi-specialty physician practices, as well as larger health care entities.
