During the Fall 2012 semester, Point Park B.F.A. in photography students in the Senior Thesis I self-directed seminar, advised by Visiting Assistant Professor Stephen Grebinski, worked on creating a cohesive collection of artwork for their final exhibition in April.

"The seminar provides students the opportunity to bring together disparate parts of a developing artistic practice to create a meaningful body of work, without any boundaries," said Grebinski.

To prepare for the final show, students presented their work-in-progress to the University community during the senior thesis midterm critique, held Nov. 13 in the Lawrence Hall Ballroom. As part of the critique, students received feedback from a broader perspective in a public forum on their project progress.

Below is a sample of work created by B.F.A. students Carl Bloss, Allie Whitten and Jamie Russell.
