School director's op-ed in Post-Gazette Thursday, January 19, 2012

School of Communication Director Steve Hallock, Ph.D., wrote an op-ed that was published in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Jan 19. His piece, titled "Raise transportation fees: We must fix our roads and preserve our mass transit systems," discusses how increasing taxes and fees would help solve Pennsylvania's transportation infrastructure problem.
